Our Team

Mary Glenn, CPA

Native Midlander Mary Glenn, CPA, began working with small business owners in 1978.  Over the years she developed her CPA practice through small business advisory services by offering strategic planning, accounting and tax services.  With her hands-on approach, she enjoys working closely with business owners and being personally involved in the development of their businesses.

For more than a decade Mary volunteered with the Midland College Business & Economic Development Center. She developed the Small Business Seminar Series, which offered business seminars every spring and fall semester. Through this series, she gave business owners an opportunity to learn from professionals in the business community.

Mary was educated through the Midland Independent School District and Midland College before graduating from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin.  After graduation, Midland College asked her to return as a part-time accounting instructor.  She enjoyed working with students and coming back to Midland College on the other side of the podium.

She enjoys contributing to the Midland community, whether through education, children, recycling or animal rescue.

In the mornings before the sun comes up, you’ll find Mary and her three-legged rescue, Tres, enjoying the beautiful West Texas starlit skies and awesome sunrise during their walks.

Floyd Prather, CCP, CPA

His professional certifications include a certificate in data processing (CCP) in 1985, and he became a certified public accountant in 1987.

In the more than 35 years of software experience, he has developed many different types of applications.
